How do the courses work?

Each course includes 24 lessons spread over 12 weeks. Classes take place twice a week and last 60 or 90 minutes.

We open courses during three trimesters:

• Winter trimester: January–March
• Spring trimester: April–June
• Autumn trimester: September–December

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. If you are unable to attend the course after registering, our policy is as follows:

Cancellation before the start of the course

• If you notify us at least 5 working days before the course starts, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

• If you cancel less than 5 working days before the course starts, we will refund 50% of the course fee.

Cancellation after the start of the course

• Once the course has started, the fee is non-refundable, as your place in the group is firmly reserved and the course proceeds as planned.

• However, if an extraordinary life situation occurs (e.g., health reasons, relocation), please contact us – we will always try to find a solution.

Cancellation or change of dates by Mareena

• If we have to cancel the course for organizational reasons, we will offer an alternative date or refund 100% of the amount paid.

• If the dates are changed, you have the option to accept the new schedule or request a full refund.
