At Mareena, we organize Slovak language courses that take place twice a week in Bratislava, Košice, Nitra, and online.

Slovak Language Courses at Mareena

We offer full levels A1, A2, B1, and B2, taught using the popular Krížom Krážom textbook series.
In addition, we have developed a unique course Slovak for Work Purposes, taught using our own materials and methodology.

How do the courses work?

The standard length is 12 weeks, with a total of 24 or 36 hours
(2 × 60 min or 2 × 90 min per week).

Courses are organized in three trimesters:
January – March (winter) / April – June (spring) / September – December (autumn)

Want to practice Slovak outside of class?

In addition to our courses, you can join our Language Café sessions.
Practice speaking with our facilitators, build confidence in a friendly environment, and meet new people – over a cup of tea or coffee and conversations on topics that interest you.
