How to apply
Fill in the registration form assigned to your chosen course.
After submitting, we will contact you by email with confirmation and further instructions.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change, so we try to be as flexible as possible.
If you are unable to attend after registering, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation before the course starts
If you inform us at least 5 working days before the course starts, we will refund 100% of the paid fee.
If you cancel less than 5 days before the start, we will refund 50% of the course fee.
Cancellation after the course starts
Once the course has started, course fees are non-refundable, as your place in the group is reserved and the course runs as planned.
However, in case of exceptional life situations (e.g. health issues, relocation), please contact us — we will always try to find a solution.
Cancellation or changes by Mareena
If we need to cancel a course for organizational reasons, we will offer an alternative date or refund 100% of the paid fee.
If the course schedule changes, you can either accept the new date or request a full refund.
Textbooks and borrowing
Textbooks required for Slovak language courses can be borrowed from us.
A €25 deposit is required when borrowing a textbook. This deposit will be fully refunded if the book is returned:
- on time
- in a condition reflecting normal wear and tear
- together with the original receipt
If a student does not continue the course, the textbook must be returned no later than 30 days after the course ends. The exact return date can be arranged via email.
If the textbook is not returned on time or in appropriate condition, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be considered a donation to Mareena to support educational activities.
