Volunteer programme timeline
Once or twice a year, every spring and/or autumn, we announce new volunteer calls
A month after
We start interviewing. If you sign up, we will invite you for an interview and provide you information about volunteering options.
Two weeks after
Training’s here! We’ll spend a day getting you ready for your volunteer work.
A month after
We’ll connect you with a person for your individual buddy volunteering, or the community team for preparing community events, or with a coordinator who will provide you with practical advice on services and forms of assistance for people from Ukraine in your city, which you will use during your volunteer activity.
We stay in touch and a local coordinator contacts you every month.
Once in 6 month, we get to know each other a little better at volunteer team-building.
Every three months, we provide you with a supervision led by an experienced professional.
Every three months, we meet over tea or coffee to share experiences and lessons.
